Scrolling through my Instagram about a month ago I came across a very unique to say the least crewneck on a friends page. Naturally I followed the page associated with the crewneck and low-key fell in love. Eclectic Adonis officially lunched June of this year and for a fairly new apparel line already they have orders springing from New York  to Miami not bad for a starter huh? Eclectic Adonis originated as a twitter name for Andre. Eclectic in noun form simply means a person who derives ideas, style, or taste from a broad and diverse range of sources. Adonis comes from the designers love of mythology. Adonis is  a handsome young man who the designer of says he is (lol).  Andre is a lover of mythology or as the designer put’s it he LOVE, LOVE, LOVES mythology, folklore, astrology, history and thing that deal with supernatural. Upon finding this out it is clarified so much about Eclectic Adonis and it’s apparel. Eclectic Adonis takes these creatures most love, know or may be even scared of  and illustrates them from his own perspective with eye-catching prints and colors. I personally LOVED Medusa and copped it I also really like Bananas at first look it’s a plain pair of lips so I had no idea why it was called bananas but the lips are actually made up of groups of bananas #tuff. What I most liked about Eclectic Adonis though is the overall customer service experience. You will always receive free shipment on order 50 dollars and over. I ordered mine post the big storm Sandy and still received my crewneck in a timely fashion, not only that but they shipped it out with the cutest thank you notes and promo card. Little things like these small businesses often miss out on Not to mention he was extremely a sweetheart and down to earth dude via the over the phone interview. I look forward to more of Eclectic Adonis in the VERY near future as well as further down the line. Hopefully we can see a Preacha’s Kid/Eclectic Adonis collab for the launch in March hmmm you just never know!
