Timeless Array by Tara Jadun
About 2 months go I came across one of the dopest bow tie’s on my twitter timeline. I am a church girl and just so happened to have a youth conference coming up at the time. Not to mention I had been speaking of getting a bowtie for the past year. FINALLY I would have not only are these pieces great for church or work but they can be used as hair or add on’s to your personal wardrobe however you swag it out is up to you but trust once you get one you’ll be hooked. I love my bowties and Tara was such a sweetheart & über professional despite my dead cellphone and the late hour we met for my tie and it was exactly what I asked for so Tara my second order is on the way! Make sure you guys support Timeless Array these pieces are conversation starters and showstopper LITERALLY I think a guy I met recently digged me just off the bowtie alone
and on the two occasions I wore my bowtie I could barely make a few steps without being asked where I got it or people telling me how much they loved it!

Is it just me or is it everywhere you turn you hear the words Fashionista, Stylish, Trendsetter, Or Swag? I for one am personally OVER IT! Don’t get me wrong there is nothing wrong with these words actually as a person trying to get into fashion I hear them a lot but lately they have been super over rated. It seems as if anyone with a cheetah item, nerd glasses and some sort of name brand is “FLY”. Well I for one am OVER IT. Not only am I turned off by this but I feel insulted that this is all it takes to be seen as fashionable these days. Yes I congratulate you folks that have competitive Vogue Elle Harpers Bazaar GQ & Complex magazines collections etcs. Yet being a stylist or fashionista is way more than just knowing every name brand and clipping postings. It seems to me that all you need is a Tumblr Instagram and or a decent Twitter accoun followingt (shoot you can even buy them now). Being a stylist is being able to put a look together at any price point at any given moment. As a stylist I take pride in seeing a piece and instantly coming up with at least 3 different looks for three different people this is hairstyles shoes and jewelry included all off the top of my head. Some people can barely see beyond how they would wear it or how their favorite celebrity would wear it. A stylist is someone who no longer thinks of themselves when they see clothes they think of friends family and clients. Let me not even get started on “Tredsetters” YOU ARE NOT A TRENDSETTER if I have seen your outfit or would put your outfit together. A tredsetter is a person who *drumroll please* SETS TRENDS. Meaning that little if anyone would have on your outfit or place your pieces together how you can or would. Also know being a stylist or fashionista rarely comes easy. It is the perfect mix of fashion smarts book smarts & who you know. 1 in maybe every 100 stylist starts up and just pops. SO what makes you think you can just be a cashier one day and a MAJOR HOLLYWOOD STYLIST the next get over that dream. Last thign do me a favor if your not really about this life please don’t waste your time or the time of others. It sucks that there are young eager fashionistas, stylist, fashion lovers like myself who need want and would love the chance to intern or work as assistants for Elle, Glamour, or take an overseas trip to see the offices of Italian Vogue. While folks like YOU are just doing it because it came your way and you like the very few perks and backstage passes that come along with it!
Not Sure If You “About That Stylist Life” ? Here Are A Few Questions To Ask Yourself?
- Are Willing To Fetch Coffee & Breakfast to eventually be a Stylist if not this may not be for you?
- Do you understand know or even care about the difference between Ecru & Eggshell? Oh no then maybe you need to learn #IJS
- Do you really want to be awakened at the wee hours of the morning by picture message alerts to find out if a pair of shoes match an outfit when they are in a different city or country?
- Are you willing to give up your social time at events to be an on call one man glam squad?
- If the majority of your answers are no then your most likely NOT ABOUT THIS LIFE. SO please sit back and relax and let the real go getters go after this. THANKS GREAT!
